This course will show how to present a candidate to a client against a Job Brief that is being worked. It is too easy to assume that a decent CV will do the work for us here, but great recruiters will influence the proportion of candidates that their clients are seeing by presenting candidates in the most relevant way. In addition, professionally presenting a candidate builds a feeling of higher quality and therefore higher value recruitment that will support and develop stronger relationships.
This course will work through a powerful structure that can be used whenever a candidate is being presented against a role.
