Description
This is the 'certificate' version of our High Performance Temp Recruitment course. It contains 5 modules - Introduction to Temporary Recruitment, The Recruitment Lifecycle, Taking a Booking, Qualifying and Developing Temps and Managing Margins.
You must work through these modules in a set order and you will find a short test at the end of the modules to test your knowledge. Finally, there is a more comprehensive assignment to complete once you have finished all the modules. There is also a 'flexible access' version of this course which allows you to revisit modules as many times as you wish. Contact you manager to see if you are to be enrolled into this course once you have completed the certificate version.
Don't forget to download and complete the booklet that accompanies each module. You will find this at the beginning of each module or by searching your 'resources' tab on your Learnupon dashboard.

The overall objective of this course is to provide the skills and approaches to enable a recruiter to develop and maintain a profitable and proactive temporary recruitment desk. You will find more specific objectives below.
