Description
This is the 'Certificate' version of our Sales Techniques for Recruiters course. It contains 6 modules - Cold Calling, Candidate Marketing, Objection Handling, How to Sell, Account Development and Time Management. We strongly recommend that you have previously worked through one or both of our courses Building a Placement and High Performance Temp Recruitment.
You must work through these modules in a set order and you find a short test at the end of each module to test your knowledge. Finally, there is a more comprehensive assignment to complete once you have finished all six modules. There is also a 'flexible access' version of this course which allows you to revisit modules as many times as you wish. Contact you manager to see if you are to be enrolled into this course once you have completed the certificate version.
Don't forget to print out or download and save the booklets that you will find at the start of each module. Make sure that you also view the additional expert interview videos and other support documents which you can access from the 'resources' tab at the bottom of most slides.
Objectives
The overall objective of this course is to provide a range of supportive sales skills and approaches that will improve the interactions a recruiter has with candidates and clients. More specific objectives are listed below.
Objective 1 - To be confident to make high quality cold calls.
Objective 2 - To be able to market candidates powerfully to both new and existing clients.
Objective 3 - To have a wide range of objection handling techniques to use when talking to candidates and clients.
Objective 4 - To question and then sell with high value rhetoric and structure to candidates and clients.
Objective 5 - To develop strategy and tactics so as to develop existing accounts and build high quality relationships.
Objective 6 - To use a range of techniques to make better decisions and manage their time more effectively.
